We are the remnants of Generation 1-2006. From a sheer number of 25 agents under Brent Garlock class, we slipped down to 13.  We are the Magic 13.   Others bolted out and find greener pasture somewhere or under the sun, or I say under the moon. Carpe noctem!  For in the call center, we seize the night when others seize the day. When a few bolted out, we bolted in. Like Voltes V, we have to stick and find our career growth.  It was our fourth year in Qualfon last June 16, 2010 and truly amazing that we have witnessed how Qualfon grow from only hundreds of agents to thousands.

Magic Thirteen, let us bolt-in. Buckle up and soar high.

Food for Thought:

Carpe Noctem's name is a play on the Latin expression carpe diem ("seize the day"; literally "pluck the day") that intended to mean "seize the night."
