We are so concerned about what others are doing that we don’t do anything ourselves.

Its not so important what others are upto; compared to what you are doing.
Focus on what you do, your work; Not on others.

as by the obstacles which one has overcome while trying to succeed.

You have two hands. Take with one and with other you give.
