Who will be the next Qualfon Idol? This remains to be seen until the competition is up and running this coming December 2010. This concept is base on the popular American Idol in which young aspirant singers audition for a chance to be chosen as the new singing idol. Of course, a prize is at stake. A one-year recording contract and to represent Qualfon in any singing competition. Lolz, one year recording contract is a sort of shtick or puns. This is the event to watch soon. Unfortunately, I am not aware of the criteria and all those exciting hullabaloo. I am not a notorious paparazzi who get a first hand scope of information. I am eavesdropping only. In my team, I have told Ram to join this prestigious competition. Quafon Idol is a great venue for agents to show their singing powerhouse like, Fritz.
SEARCH FOR MISS GAY IN QUALFON?
We cannot deny that predominantly a percentage of the populace of Qualfon Staff and Agents are gays. Gay is sexual attraction and activity between members of the same gender . Being homosexual before was not acceptable to the society. These poor creatures of God have to abscond their real identities for fear of being crucified due to prejudicial judgment based on the teaching of the Bible Today, homosexuals have the liberty to express themselves, whatever they want to be, whatever they want to do with their lives. I'l be dealing more about gays. A tit for a tat: it just blows my mind "what about holding "Miss Gay" in Qualfon for a change?" I predict this will be glamorous and bongacious event especially when gays will be wearing their best gown, best in swimsuit and show casing their talents or forte. I remember when I worked in the government service, I was one of the judges.I was stunned. They looked graciously femme fatale. Grabe to the max was the performance. The event will showcase a different genre of talents. Itaas ang bandera!

There are leaders and there are leaders. In a workplace like ours, there are people with good leader material. These are people that are aggressive, hardworking and has proper formula reaching to the top. Some failed for the first, second try but as the old saying goes; "try and try until you succeed." Those who had work hard for it -for career advancement-finally made it. It is pushing pushing yourself until you get what you aspire to be. . Success is taking one step ahead. That happens to Alfie. Couple of weeks ago I wrote an article about him as indefatigable Operations Manager of Qualfon. Now, he is promoted to Senior Operations Manager. Wow, I am so amazed. He is like a laser beam. The moment you know he is there up and up up and away.We salute you.

She is simple looking. Most of the time I noticed she is quiet but I know deep within, she is a dynamic thinker. Hundreds or thousands of tangible ideas that only need to be executed. She graduated with flying colors at UP, Cebu. Magna Cum Laude at that! She deserves to be an OM. She handles the TSR Department. Miss Ai (I fondly call her like this) continue believing in the beauty of your dreams. You know, I am happy for you. You've gone a long way.
Faye Mutia-A leader should be collaborative, cooperative and great self-esteem. She has this kind attitude that catapulted her to OM. She is taking care of ST Department. Every moment I know is challenge for her how to leverage the performance of agents under his wing. I believe she can muster the troops under her.
Kudos goes also to Natalie Mamites and Toni Alcordo as our Senior Shift Managers. Way up girls. Same goes to Joel, Father Bench and Marem as new Shift Managers. I know that everybody are not pleased about the movements. The pulling down syndrome can be that intense and contagious. It almost happens everywhere. Sometimes they are annoying and stressful. Leadership is not saying the right thing but simply doing what is right that would be beneficial to everyone. . That will defeat the crab thinkers, the tatus crab thinkers.
